Terms of service

Launch Intel (launchintel.pro) is operated by Adam Pavlat, trading as The Adam Labs, based in the Czech Republic ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying from us you agree to these terms. Questions: info+launchintel@theadamlabs.com.

Launch Intel provides launch-success estimates for products, based on machine-learning models trained on public launch data, and an AI-assisted tagline optimizer. Free previews and scores are provided as is.

The paid optimizer is a one-time purchase (currently $49 USD, shown at checkout before you pay). It unlocks the full set of optimized tagline variants for your product and access to the optimizer session for 24 hours after payment. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

Scores and suggestions are statistical estimates. They are not a promise of rank, votes, traffic, revenue, or any other outcome. Launch results depend on many factors we do not control. Use your own judgment before you publish anything.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD at checkout, and taxes such as VAT are added where they apply. You will receive a receipt or invoice by email. Please enter a valid email address, since it is used to deliver your receipt.

If the optimizer does not improve your tagline, email us within 24 hours of payment and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because the optimizer is a digital service that starts immediately, by paying you ask us to start right away and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory withdrawal right once the service has been fully delivered. Our 24-hour refund promise above applies regardless.

• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or misleading content, or content you have no right to use.
• Do not scrape the site, resell access, or copy the models or data in bulk.
• Do not attack, overload, or bypass the limits and security of the service.
• Do not share your paid-access session in a way that lets others use the service without paying.

We may limit or block access if these rules are broken.

You keep the rights to the product details you submit. You give us permission to process them to provide the service, including sending them to AI providers as described in the privacy policy. You may use the tagline variants we generate for your own product as you like.

The site, models, scoring methods, design, and aggregated data remain ours or our licensors'. Product Hunt, Hacker News, and other names belong to their owners, and Launch Intel is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

We work to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, pause, or stop features. If we stop a paid feature within its 24-hour window, we will refund you.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost launch outcomes, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

When you use the Logo Animator tool you upload an image ("Upload"). By uploading you confirm:

• You own or are licensed to use the uploaded image and can grant us the rights below.
• You grant us a temporary, limited licence to process the Upload solely to generate animations for you during your 24-hour access window.
• We do not save your Upload itself. It is processed in server memory. The animated clips generated from it are kept in private storage, reachable only through download links that expire after 24 hours, and you can ask us to delete them.
• Animations are generated by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, quality, or fitness for purpose.
• AI-generated animations may not be protectable by copyright in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for verifying the legal status in your country before commercial use.
• You must not upload images that infringe third-party rights, contain unlawful content, or violate our acceptable use policy in section 3.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, except that consumers keep the right to use the courts and mandatory consumer protections of the country where they live. EU consumers can also use the European Commission online dispute resolution platform.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase. The date at the top shows the latest version.
