I built my first Gem, it's called GistNuke

No good way to batch delete stuff out of your Github Gists without clicking delete a bunch of times. I built this Gem so you could just give it a range to delete. Fun to build and I am pretty proud of the code. Welcome to all sorts of feedback or contributions! I am going to expand this to include more types of deletions.
