Simseeder – an MMO Roguelike where players build the game

Hi HN, For the past 5 years, I have been working on an online persistent game, where players create (as in, draw + give behaviour) objects, plants, creatures and can then build them in the world, for others to experience. When players kill a creature, they may get its form, which they can use to spawn it in the world, or they can absorb it and gain the ability to shapeshift into it, they can also get its abilities and mix-and-match them, to create a unique build. The universe is set in a computer simulation, where players start at the root and find seeds to progress to higher levels, each simulation get a set of affixes that change the gameplay or brings some constraints, so between this and the fact that players may build whatever they want (a forest, a dungeon, a city, a zoo) I expect some crazy sessions. As of today, it is in open alpha, I am missing a few huge features, but the game is fully playable and already really fun. The main issue right now is balancing/tuning may be way off. At this point I need early player feedback to fix all the issues that I am sure I have overlooked. I have added a way to give feedback / report bugs directly in the game. Hope you enjoy it!
