Abendrot – The free and open-source macOS app for your circadian rhythm
Abendrot is a handcrafted application designed for the burners of the midnight oil. I got tired of spending night after night staring into a luminous computer screen blasting blue-rich light at my eyes long after sunset. After a long deep research session with frontier models, the need for Abendrot became apparent. macOS can warm displays natively with Night Shift but it is nowhere near where it needs to be for optimal blue light reduction.
