P2Present – slides and talk video in sync, preserved on any storage
> A recorded talk without its slides is half a talk; a deck without the talk is a pile of bullet points. And the two rot separately — the video on one dying platform, the slides on another, the sync between them gone the moment the event site disappears. > p2present binds deck, video, captions, and timing into one small manifest, so what survives is the entire experience, scrubbing, slide sync, multilingual subtitles, provenance, not a folder of loose files. Put the manifest and its assets on permanent storage (Arweave today,) and a talk becomes one link that outlives every platform it was ever posted to. - Github: https://github.com/shayanb/p2present ----- I built this just because I wanted to see my own talk (MoaV) using this format, and I really like it. However, this is the first time I'm sharing the link publicly and not sure exactly what to do with this :) Any recommendations, suggestions, ... greatly welcomed.
