ARM solves this with: - Semantic versioning for AI rules/prompts - Install from Git repos (awesome-cursorrules works out of the box) - Priority-based layering (team standards > community rules) - Write once, compile to Cursor/Copilot/Amazon Q - Manifest + lock files for reproducible environments Built in Go, GNU GPL v2 licensed.
