I built Snippets ( https://snippets.dev ), a keyboard-first scratchpad for snippets, drafts, and quick notes. Everything is stored locally in the browser (localstorage). You can also install it as a PWA for quick access. Feedback welcome - especially on UX, shortcuts, and what you’d want next.
