I built a completely local, file-based “operating system” that treats any LLM as a dangerous superintelligence that must be governed. Every decision is forced through: • Evidence → Critique → Debate → Planner • ValueCore (ethics/legality/risk scoring) • FUJI Gate (mandatory pre/post safety filter) • SHA-256 hash-chained TrustLog (tamper-proof audit) • Doctor Dashboard (auto-immune system) No cloud.
