All decisions are made by referendum. All algorithms are open. All structures are voluntary. Culture, science and autonomy are core values — not slogans. NovaCiv is built on a simple idea: The rarest thing in the Universe is consciousness. Matter is everywhere — intelligent life is almost nowhere. If we are alone, then preserving and expanding mind is our highest duty.
