I made a litte tool named cowtips for your terminal

I created a little tool in bash by combining `fortune` and `cowsay` to create cowtips ! This tools aims to help student or Linux beginner with little tips at the start of your terminal. I was looking for something similar because I am learning by reading again and again the same things and never found something that suits me so I tried to do one ! I think it could helps others, so if you feel the same feel free to contribute or install !
