Simple Keyboard Tester Tool
Simple Keyboard Tester Tool
Hi, Creator of TypeQuicker here. Recently a customer emailed me that a certain key was not working on typequicker.com. We went back-and-forth trying to figure out what the issue was. At first I thought the issue was with the website itself and that maybe there was a bug with how we read and processed user input. After multiple deep-dives and a lot of back and forth with the user, it turned out that one of the keys on the user's keyboard was (occasionally) not activating and therefore not sending the key event. Out of about every 5-6 presses, it would miss one activation. This Sunday we added a simple keyboard tester to our site. It visually shows your keyboard activation and has a input log which can be downloaded.
