Latted – Turning Books into TikTok-Like Short Form Content

Hey! Latted is a weekend project I built to convert books into TikTok-like short form videos with AI-generated visuals. The first book I converted is "The Art of War" by Sun Tzu and you can try it out with no signups. Why did I build this? I have a long list of books that I never get to read. I always said 'I had no time' but that is simply a lie when I average 4 hours a day on YT shorts. So I wanted a way to read books that would give me similar dopamine hits as YT shorts and maybe replace hours I’m spending on TikTok-like video with something more useful. How is it different? I tried audio books but I think they work better for passive listening when doing other chores. I wanted a deeper immersion with the book while decreasing the time I spend on YT shorts. Would love to get your feedback on: - Storytelling - is it actually compelling? How could it be better? - Next books?
