I built Xferro after experiencing the pain of ambiguous performance reviews firsthand. As software engineers, we build systems to track everything—except our own career progression. Xferro helps engineers systematically document their impact, track achievements against promotion criteria, and build a compelling narrative for performance reviews. It transforms your daily work into promotion evidence. The idea came after watching brilliant colleagues get PIPed or stagnate simply because they couldn't effectively communicate their contributions. Technical excellence alone isn't enough in most companies; you need to master the meta-game of visibility and impact demonstration.
