Instantly Receive HTML Form Submissions in Telegram

I built a tiny service that receives HTML form submissions and sends the data right to your Telegram chat—perfect for quick landings, MVPs, or any project where you need to collect user input without spinning up a backend. Just point your form’s action at the endpoint, set your Telegram details, and you’re done. No databases, no extra setup, and it’s open source. Feedback welcome!
