Hey HN! We're Luke and Varun, and we built something to fix an annoying problem in real estate: reaching homeowners directly. Current options are spam calls, junk mail, or agents cold knocking with "thinking about selling?" Instead, we have local agents hand-deliver real offers to owners. Enter any address, submit your offer ($49), and an agent delivers it in person. They get a legitimate reason to knock ("I have an offer for your home"), you reach the owner directly, and owners get real offers instead of spam. Just launched in the US. Try it at everyperch.com.
