A new AI Based tool that will help developers understand new codebase

Introducing a new CLI tool called SourceSailor. The tool helps the fellow coders to understand what's in there in a new codebase. And can create a compelling report from that. Currently working only with OpenAI, but planning to add Claude and Gemini 1.5 soon. To try out.
