Coherence – A new cardiac coherence app

Meditation is very helpful, but let's be honest, it's hard to do every day. Cardiac Coherence is an easier way for people to develop focus and mindfulness. Also helps me fall asleep in less than 5m. App works as PWA and Android for now, Iphone is coming soon. Try it out, let me know what you think! Thanks
