AI shortening job offer content

I've been running job posting website for about one month. One thing I found is that most of these offers are just the same, the content is often very similar to other postings and in some it's just ctrl+v. Another annoying thing is that most of it is very long, and you must read 300 page novel just to find that the company is dog friendly. So I added "AI - Summarize" thing on website, which shortens content of job offers and provide key insights e.g. requirements, responsibilities, about firm, location or compensation. Is this seems useful for you or is it just overengineering, whats your opinion on that? + what form of job posting is the best for you?
