A tool to give you feedback on your web

Hey all, I'm Jera, a Spanish software developer currently living in Switzerland. Some months ago, I decided I wanted to take some time to work on my own projects and create products. I quit my job and started creating and sharing my web apps on Twitter, while learning how to do it properly. I just launched "Roast My Web," a tool that uses GPT-4 vision to give feedback on your website. I wanted to show you the tool and listen to your opinions. Here's the backstory: Not long ago, I was grinding away on a project. Some days I was swamped with things like UI, design, copywriting, conversion, etc. It got to the point where I seriously considered getting outside help to critique my landing page, but all the services I found were way out of my budget. Honestly, after editing the same page for 7 straight days, I just can't see if the design is good or not. A bit of time later, GPT Vision came along and sparked an idea. Why not use it to "critique" websites and hopefully help me improve them? And so, I built "Roast My Web." The idea is to keep it simple and friendly. Just drop in your URL, and it'll take care of the rest, from capturing site images to offering insights. I packed it with features I thought would help the users and make it more valuable than just copy-pasting screenshots from your web into ChatGPT. What I've already implemented: * Guided Topic Analysis: The AI checks pages based on my research about what makes a good page. It looks at design, UX, creativity, content, copywriting, conversion rates, and how well it works on mobile. * Double-Check System: First, one AI does the analysis, then another AI checks that work. I think this two-step process really bumps up the quality. * Mobile vs Desktop: I feed it images from both mobile and desktop versions to see how well the page adapts. * Section Breakdown: I also get the AI to look at each section of the page separately. This gives more focused feedback, which I think is helpful. * Next Steps Guide: To keep it simple, I added a feature that also suggests what to do next based on the analysis. Because I was getting too much information from all the analyses. * Download as PDF: A user suggested this. Turns out it's pretty handy to have the analysis in a PDF. So, that's what I've got. As it stands now, I think it's already good, but I feel like there's a lot of potential here. Ideally, I would like to continue improving the web alongside the technology, and someday have a Google Lighthouse kind of tool but for everything. What really interests me are your ideas on useful things to do in this area, common problems I could help web devs solve, and maybe cool integrations with other tools. What do you think? Got any must-have ideas for my project? I'm planning to use Roast My Web in all my future projects, so I'm very interested in making it work as best as possible. The tool is paid, but it has a "sample analysis" if you want to check out how it actually looks. Anyway, if you want to try it out for free, send me a DM on Twitter, and I would be more than happy to give you some free credits to play with it! Hope you like it, and please share any feedback you might have in the comments! Thanks! Link: https://www.roastmyweb.com
