Hey HN, My name is Josh. Over and over again, I've found myself drowning in complex, jargon-filled articles. With the rise of new AI tools, it struck me: what if there was a way to make the internet's information not just accessible, but effortlessly digestible? This led me to create Simplify. Born from personal frustration and many late nights, it's a browser extension that allows you to simplify, summarize, or explain text just by highlighting and right-clicking. I truly believe Simplify bridges the gap between information overload and understanding, and has allowed me to increase my productivity. But there's always room to improve and grow.
