Cookie consent platform with AI, anyone?

Built a cookie consent management platform with AI. Trying to automate as much of the boring tasks as a developer as possible - scanning, documenting cookies and creating docs for legal has been a nightmare. Suggestions for the product to do more are welcome. Currently working on making everything be automated with AI - figure out what each cookie is for, categorise them, update the cookie banner and cookie policy. Too much to accurately automate?
