No-WEI.js, a banner that will warn Chrome users of the dangers of WEI

I've created this banner to warn visitors to your site of the dangers of Google's WEI proposal. It's easily installed, all it requires is two lines of HTML to include the JS and CSS. It will display only to Chrome users (and Vivaldi/Brave as a side effect, sorry chaps, but I couldn't narrow the UA detection any further). If you don't know what WEI is or why it is a danger, please read here: https://openwebdefenders.org/ and here: https://www.fsf.org/blogs/community/web-environment-integrit... If you want to see what the banner looks like but aren't using Chrome (user agent detection disabled) see here: http://soft.thran.uk/no-wei.html
