Hello HN community, We have built a tool that lets people incorporate their company in Canada (like Clerky in US) and are adding features to let them manage ongoing compliance. We found that it's really expensive to hire international employees through Deel / Remote ($500/mo/per employee) which can add up to $36k/yr for 5 people. And there are compliance concerns in some countries with using them. But setting up and managing your own entity is quite painful and a lot of back & forth with accountants + lawyers. So we built our product with the eventual goal of doing all the company back-office management (incorporation, bank account set up, accounting, compliance) from one place.
