Think of it as a helpful accountability buddy and coach that prompts you to succeed in your goals. For example, reminders and tips on budgeting can help you make better daily spending decisions. Similarly, checking in on of one's dietary goals can help lead to better decisions right before eating out. Bud is very knowledgeable and can provide nutrition info and recommendations as well.
