Prompt Hallucination Debugger

Hey everyone, we built a quick tool to help prompt engineers test against a set of provided data and identify when hallucinations occur. As the tool is in its very early stage I would love to get some feedback on: 1. Are prompt hallucinations a problem for you? If not, what's the main prompting problem that you are facing? 2. Was the tool helpful in any sense or are obvious key features missing? Thanks in advance!
