FeedbackForms.io – Convert Positive Experiences to Public Reviews

I built FeedbackForms.io because I wanted a way to filter customers who had a positive experience before asking them for a public review -- and I wanted negative feedback to go directly to me. The concept is simple: find out in as few questions as possible if the customer had a positive experience, then give them a branched exit: positive outcomes are asked for a public review. Negative outcomes get a text form asking what they didn't like, along with the options to leave an email or phone. There's tons of free and paid survey platforms out there... here's why I didn't want to use them. Paid: 1. Too Expensive: without naming names, I didn't want to "monkey" around (lol) with something for $40 / Month. For reference, this is more than most no-code website builders. 2. Clunky Features and annoying upsell limitations/solicitations: Features are typically revealed after you can't use them -- so you've fully built you form -- then you go to publish and they want $40 / Month. Free - I also tried some free services. 1.Time consuming: you can make the free stuff do what you want, but it just feels like there's more contortion of the product than I want to do. 2. Weird looking URLs: This is something that probably sounds picky, but I hate long, machine generated URLs. I know you can redirect w/ a custom domain, but a feedback survey shouldn't warrant a domain purchase. I wanted a clean-looking URL that was easy to remember. Here's a 1-question survey I made for the first release: https://www.feedbackforms.io/feedback-forms/launch-feedback Like any URL, you can easily plug this into any CRM automation software you are using. So what's the catch? None, right now signups are open and free with unlimited questions and unlimited surveys. I am moving to a (reasonably priced) paid model before the end of the year -- probably $10 / month. Anyone who signs up before this will be able to keep using the product for free through 12/31/22.
