Physically realistic foam on water. Supercomputer simulation [video]
Physically realistic foam on water. Supercomputer simulation [video]
We did a simulation of foam on water [1] using the open-source solver Aphros [2] and visualized using ParaView with the Intel OSPRay backend for path tracing. It took 20 hours on 14000 cores of the Piz Daint supercomputer. [1] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Cj8pPYNJGY [2] https://github.com/cselab/aphros
