A productivity journal for the mildly depressed
A productivity journal for the mildly depressed
A few months ago, I underwent in-patient treatment for depression. I created a productivity journal based on the activities and methods that I learned during treatment. The Mood and Productivity Journal ( https://www.moodcheckin.com/store/p2/mpjournal ) is different from journals I've used before because it encourages you to track not just how much you got done, but also how you're feeling every day. Weekly retrospectives help you identify what affects your mood on a long-term basis so you can take specific steps towards feeling better. A hardcopy version of the journal is available at: https://www.moodcheckin.com/store/p2/mpjournal A downloadable "lite" version is available for free at: https://www.moodcheckin.com/store/p7/mpjournal_lite_edition
